Please note: You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a business card), in the note to seller area.
If based in the UK, we post cutlery using Royal Mail First Class post.
***Please note*** Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you, particularly during busy periods such as the festive season. Mail is not considered lost until 25 business days have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.
International items UNDER £50- will be sent using Royal Mails Standard Airmail service to keep shipping costs as low as possible for customers. Delivery time will usually be 5-7 working days. International items OVER £50- will be sent using Royal Mails tracked Airsure Service. Delivery time will usually be 5-7 working days.
***Please note*** International shipping times are based on the information provided by Royal Mail, they are estimated and parcels may take longer. OMOS can take no responsibility for parcels that take longer as this is out of our control. When shipping overseas, please be aware that customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. It does not happen often but it can happen. You will be liable for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery in accordance with your country's tax/import regulations. Returns will not be accepted due to you having to pay customs fees. Any dispute over delivery should be raised with Royal Mail.
If you would prefer to have your items tracked or to receive fast shipping there will be an additional charge (to be arranged on purchase).
I will always ship to the address given during Etsy checkout so please make sure you provide your current address.
Privacy
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of cutlery, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Wholesale availability
Please email me at onemamaoneshed@outlook.com for more information on wholesale. I happily create bulk orders and will provide discount where appropriate.
Returns, Exchanges + Refunds
Unless an error is made on my part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted or offered on custom and personalised pieces.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your standard order for any reason, please contact me. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once I receive your item, I will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.
Care instructions
Each piece is polished to it's best before stamping and ready to use when it gets to you. Please note that the silver plating may oxidise over time so your items will need a little care, if they begin to tarnish then a rub down with a dry soft polishing cloth or some fine steel wool will make them all shiny again. Please do NOT wash your items in a dishwasher, a gentle rinse under warm water is best.
The darkened colour of the letters may fade over time depending on use and cleaning method. The stamping impression will never fade.

Handstamping
We hand stamp each letter on to this vintage cutlery one letter at a time, consequently the letters may not always be perfectly aligned but this adds to the charm and individuality.
Vintage
All OMOS cutlery is true vintage so may have some small imperfections. This is what makes them so special. Cutlery style in the photos is for example only and may not be available to order, some may be more simple/more ornate than those photographed. Please tell me if you have a preference.
